The Yocan iShred is an electric grinder that handles grinding at the push of a button. The cast zinc blades cut the material rather than crush it.

The transparent lid lets you watch the grinding progress, so you can stop at exactly the coarseness you want. In automatic mode the device grinds on its own; in manual mode you hold the button down for as long as needed. The anti-jam function reverses the blade direction every five seconds or as soon as a blockage is detected.

Ground material collects in a removable glass container that also serves as a storage jar. The battery lasts about a hundred minutes of grinding and charges fully via USB-C in about an hour, which in normal use means several days to a week. A cleaning brush, tweezers and a charging cable are included.
