Right of cancellation

• Cancelling an order

  You can request to cancel an order before it has been processed and handed over to the carrier. Once an order has been dispatched, shipped or handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case you normally have a 14 day right of return from receiving the product, provided that the product meets the return conditions.

Right of return

• You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it. The product being returned must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging.

Return procedure

• Before returning anything, please contact our customer service at info@gtseeds.fi or by phone on +358 50 462 6782, so that we can give you more detailed return instructions.
• Pack the product carefully in its original packaging, or with equivalent protection, so that it is not damaged in transit.

Glass items

• Returning glass items, such as glass pipes and downstems, requires particular care. Please make sure that glass items are packed properly so that they do not break in transit.
• If a returned glass product reaches us damaged because of careless packaging, we reserve the right not to refund the payment.

Refunds

• Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will send you an email telling you whether the return has been accepted or rejected.
• If your return is accepted, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a certain period.

Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange a product, please let our customer service know. An exchange works in the same way as a return, but the new product is only sent once the returned product has been received and inspected.

Damaged or incorrect products

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Send us photographs of the damaged or incorrect product and of the packaging.
• We will send you a replacement product at no extra cost.

Return costs

• Return costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns.
