Cone Artist makes rolling wraps and cones very easy. It consists of a cone-shaped plastic mould with an attachable funnel.

A rolled tip is inserted into the narrow end, the paper is rolled around it and glued, and the Cone Artist can then be removed.
The funnel is then put in place and the cone filled.
