ROOTiT Rooting Gel is a hormone-free rooting gel for cuttings. It does not rely on growth hormones but works physically: the gel closes around the cut surface of the cutting, keeps it moist and protects it against infection while the roots begin to form.

The narrow tip of the bottle dispenses the gel straight into the hole of a rockwool or peat cube, into coco fibre or compost, and the gel can also be used in soil. It suits softwood and hardwood cuttings of ornamental plants as well as leaf and root cuttings.

Cuttings are taken with sterilised tools and placed in the gel and growing medium straight after cutting so that they do not wilt.
