The Filling Pad can be used as a "spacer" to stop small amounts of herbs from moving around in the Dosing Capsule. The Filling Pad can also act as a carrier for very finely ground herbs, so that small particles do not fall through the holes of the Dosing Capsule. Also works as a Liquid Pad, allowing liquids and oils to be used in the vaporizer.
