Moruga Green is a very hot, bright green chilli that combines intense heat with a fresh, many-layered flavour. As they ripen, its wrinkled pods can take on bright green, mustard green or yellowish tones, which make the variety visually appealing.

Although the heat is at the top end, the flavour is more than just heat: it has a fresh, aromatic note that makes it a very good choice for hot sauces and strongly flavoured dishes. The variety is also very productive and easy to grow.
