Our selection includes many unique seed varieties for collectors, the result of long-term breeding. As a result of laws prohibiting the cultivation of hemp, the genetic diversity of hemp has suffered, so by collecting different varieties you can participate in preserving the genetics of different hemp varieties for future generations. All product descriptions are intended purely for education about the characteristics of the variety for collectors.

According to Finnish law, anyone who illegally cultivates or attempts to cultivate hemp for use as a narcotic drug or as a raw material for it, or for use in the manufacture or production of narcotic drugs, shall be sentenced to a fine or imprisonment for a maximum of two years for a narcotics offense. For this reason, we only sell hemp seeds to adults for collection, genetic preservation, and other legal purposes. Ghost Town Seeds is not responsible for any use that violates the terms.

Ghost Town Seeds order and delivery terms:

• Ghost Town Seeds distributes all products only to individuals over the age of 18.

• Ghost Town Seeds will refund the amount of paid products for orders that are not picked up. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

• Ghost Town Seeds offers a 14-day return policy. Returns are only valid on products in good condition.
  
  By accepting the terms and conditions, the customer accepts the above-mentioned right of return. We will not refund any shipping costs.

• We cancel unpaid orders within 7 days
  
  If the order has not been paid for within 7 days, we will cancel the order and return the product to stock.
