High-end equipment needs regular maintenance. Milwaukee M10030B calibration solution is a precise standard solution made under laboratory conditions, which keeps your meter's technical performance and readings accurate. It is an essential companion and maintenance item for the Milwaukee CD611 EC meter in our range, as well as for other high-range conductivity meters.

Over time, and as nutrients build up on the probe, meter readings can start to drift. Even a small error in EC disturbs the plant's optimal nutrient uptake. Regular calibration keeps your readings dependable and significantly extends the life of your valuable equipment.

Technical specifications (Milwaukee M10030):

Accuracy: 12880 µS/cm (equivalent to 12.88 mS/cm) @ 25 °C.

Laboratory grade: Made in deionised water against a NIST-traceable potassium chloride solution (in accordance with ISO 3696/BS3978 standards).

Field-ready packaging: The 20 ml airtight, light-protected single-use sachet ensures the solution is always fresh, clean and ready to use without risk of contamination.

Smart details: A temperature compensation table is printed on the side of the sachet, so you can see the exact reference value at different temperatures.

Instructions (e.g. for the Milwaukee CD611 meter):

1. Clean: Rinse the meter's probe with deionised or distilled water before calibrating.
2. Immerse: Tear open the sachet and immerse the tip of the meter directly in the solution. The handy sachet can be used as the calibration container!
3. Wait: Let the reading settle so that the device's automatic temperature compensation (ATC) can catch up.
4. Adjust: Use the screwdriver supplied with the meter to turn the calibration screw until the display matches the value of the solution. (The CD611 shows the value in hundreds, so adjust it to read "129", which is closest to 12880.)
5. Finish: After calibrating, rinse the probe with water and put the cap back on.
