WHY CAN I NOT PAY WITH A CARD IN YOUR STORE?

Due to the specific nature of our business, we are unable to offer card payments through our online store. Therefore, all orders are paid via bank transfer.

WHY ARE PAYMENTS MADE TO A FOREIGN BANK ACCOUNT?

We use a foreign bank account because, due to the specific nature of our industry, Finnish banks do not offer us banking services.

MY PAYMENT ISN'T GOING THROUGH. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Because the account is foreign, your bank may block the transfer. In some cases, banks require the recipient’s address for international transfers. Please also check your bank’s international payment settings. If your bank asks for an address, use our physical store address: Kuunkierros 1, T5, Espoo. Your bank may also request our business account’s SWIFT/BIC code: EVIULT2VXXX.

HOW FAST DO YOU DELIVER AFTER PAYMENT?

We dispatch orders within 1–3 days of receiving payment.

WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED AN INVOICE?

The invoice delivery system is automated and may have slight delays due to volume.

WHY DID I RECEIVE AN EMAIL ABOUT MY ORDER BEING CANCELLED?

Orders will be cancelled automatically if the invoice is not paid in time.
